Bought my Ninja 650 here. The process was easy, smooth, and painless! Victoria was wonderful to work with. She was kind and helpful and she answered every one of my questions. Shout out to the guy in the service shop who loaded and strapped down my bike for me as well. Huge help! Thank you to Arlington Motorsports and Victoria.
First time buyers at Arlington Motorsports! My boyfriend upgraded his first bike for this gorgeous GSXS 750. Robert was super knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and a big help in closing our deal for this bike. Victoria was friendly and quick with drawing up our paperwork as well. We had a great experience here and look forward to continuing business with them!
Easy and fast, went in and rode out and new bike! Very helpful, friendly, and understanding when I didn't understand something or wanted more options/opinions! One stop shop I picked up gear while I was there. Victoria Mondragon was the main person assisting me definitely go see her if looking for anything you wont regret it!
My experience at Arlington Motors was great! The process was quick and easy. They were thoroughly informative and made sure that I left feeling confident! Thank you Robert & Victoria @ Arlington Motorsports!
Bought this beautiful crf 450 used about a week ago and the second time I tried to start it up the battery is dead so I took it to the Honda and Kawasaki dealer to see about the battery and they told me the battery bad when I took the battery out the dirt bike this is how they had everything thing rigged with a piece of paper in there for some reason I’m very disappointed I called them to see if they could do anything about my battery being bad and they said they could see if they can charge it I told them I already tried at the Honda dealership and he kept trying to say that I probably left the bike on the bike is electric start it’s not hard to turn on and off then he said it’s your first dirt bike you still learning. I told yes it’s first dirt purchasing but I’m very familiar with them so we went back and forth about it and they couldn’t do anything about a bad battery Warning! don’t go to the sales guy Tony he does very bad business if you do decide to go purchase a nice toy from them and I have insurance and they say it covers all electrical but not my battery Wow
This was the only place that agreed to sell my bike as a consignment. After trying to sell my bike myself and having to deal with people that came with no intention of buying the bike but just wanted to joy ride, I decided to take it to Arlington Motorsports. The process was simple and easy. They did everything. I only showed up to pick up the check when the bike got sold. Not many places around DFW do consignments but they do!
Great experience!
I bought a honda cbr 650f, and everything went smoothly!
I'm 5'2 and I couldn't reach the floor. Not even on tippy toes. There was no way I would be able to drive it home, so I decided to get it lowered. They ordered the parts for me but they wouldn't arrive in about a week. They let me keep the bike at the store. The mechanic was really busy, but he made the effort to squeeze me in.
I'm really happy about my purchase and the great customer service that they gave me!
Ok so full transparency I was asked to leave a review. That said I did have a pretty dang good experience here. I called to see if they would be interested in purchasing my bike. They gave me a rough estimate and I went ahead and brought it over to get a real number.
Everyone there was genuinely nice. Nothing seemed fake and no one was like talking my ear off or anything. I did end up selling my bike to them and it was a really easy process. I already know the “dealer” experience and it tends to suck. Dealers try to get your money and I mean that’s just their job. But I didn’t really get that feel. It was just realistic and pretty calm. Glad I went in today.
